2 New Tutorials Added to Single Directory Components Course

As promised, we’ve added 2 new tutorials to our course, Single Directory Components in Drupal:

Props and slots are both mechanisms for passing data and content to UI components. In Understanding Props and Slots in Drupal Single Directory Components, you’ll learn the difference between props and slots in Drupal SDCs, and how to choose the right input type for your component.

True to Drupal’s spirit of flexibility, you can override components provided by a theme or module through the replaces: key in your component’s YAML file. In Override an Existing Single Directory Component, you’ll learn how to override an SDC from another theme or module to customize functionality and appearance—while still keeping your site upgrade-friendly.

New to single directory components? Explore the full course today! Not a Drupalize.Me member? Sign up for an individual plan, or provide your entire team with best-in-class Drupal training through a group membership.
